Cho Energy Guide
To start out, you must understand that it may take a while to go up levels in Chobots. Just work hard, follow these tips and hopefully you'll go up levels a bit faster. Let's begin with the basics.
You earn Chobots energy by playing games and doing certain things. You can also be gifted Chobots energy from a staff member (usually for contests). Here is a list of ways that I've found useful -

Pinball - This is one of my main ways to earn Cho energy. You do not receive your energy until you get a game over. Every so many points (not sure exactly how many) the amount of cho energy you'll receive goes up by 6. For example, if you had 400 points, you might get around a +24 when you get a game over. You only get 3 tries with this game, so make them count!
Mechanical crab game - This is a great way to earn energy, and this one isn't so complicated. You will just go through the game normally, basically playing games of Soccer. After you win 5 times, you will receive your energy. You will get a +10 if you're a citizen, and a +5 if you're a junior.
Robofactory - You will start out not earning cho energy at all. The first two levels will not give you any energy. You will earn your first +2 at the 3rd level stage. Like in Pinball, the amount of energy you will receive will go up as you progress in the game. It will go up by a +2 every so many levels. Unlike Pinball, you will receive energy after every level stage (except levels 1/2). By the 6th level stage, you might be earning +4 every time.
Space race - I don't use this one as much, but as I've seen, many others do. After every space race win, you will receive a +4 in first place. I don't think this is very much for having to do an entire space race game and win, but do with it what you will.
Other useful ways - Catching rain, playing other games around Chobots, winning contests, and staying on Chobots for long periods of time.
***Some things I should note*** -
*The amount of Chobots energy you earn is doubled if you're a citizen. For example, if you earned a +8 as a citizen, you'd earn a +4 as a junior.
*Juniors can also only go up to level 15, and citizens can go up as far as possible.
*Every 4 levels you will receive a prize for your hard work. Here's a preview of some of the prizes:
Level 4 - Mustache
Level 8 - Background
Level 12 - Leafy board
Level 16 - C flag
Level 20 - Propeller cap
Level 24 - Ghost Suit
Level 28 - Heart Flag
Level 32 - Trololo Mask
Level 36 - Pokemon Hat
Level 40 - Witch Suit
Level 44 - Dragon Suit
